Meet the Team

Founder and President

Ashley Fultz Brunk

A rebel with a cause. A determined advocate with a personal mission. This UNCW Criminology and Psychology grad has been making waves in public safety and service industries for 15 years.

As the force behind operations and marketing, she amplifies voices often overlooked. The Savannah and Goose Foundation, born from personal struggles and gaps in local support, has grown into a vital resource for autism families navigating complex challenges.

When not working to improve autism support or steering projects at Evlos Technology, you’ll find her at home on her family compound. Maybe in the garden with Savannah, playing with her boys, or hiking with Goose.

This isn’t just an advocate or innovator, but someone who turns obstacles into opportunities. Fueled by personal experience and a steady resolve to fix a system that’s let too many families down, she’s committed to creating real, lasting change. The road ahead isn’t easy, but neither is giving up. For this board director, every challenge is just another reason to work harder for the families who need support most.

Vice President

Tyler Brunk

Savannah’s dad and the Vice President of Savannah and Goose Foundation. This UMD TurfGrass Management grad isn’t just about perfect greens – he’s the Superintendent at Cacapon Resort State Park, living his best outdoor life in the WV, MD, and PA Tri-state area.

But Tyler’s not just mowing lawns. He’s mowing down barriers for autism families. Networking and snagging sponsorships, he’s the guy planting seeds of awareness in minds that haven’t yet bloomed to the daily grind of autism families.

Off the clock? This guy’s not slowing down. You’ll catch him squirrel hunting with Hudson, getting his hands dirty in the garden with Savannah, or coaxing those dahlias to perfection. Tyler’s not just nurturing petals – he’s planting seeds of change, one father-daughter garden adventure at a time.

Treasurer + Secretary

Victoria Fultz

The OG rebel with a cause. She brings a wealth of experience to her role. A 1983 nursing school graduate, Victoria worked at Sinai Hospital, and as a lead home health supervisor before opening Circle Kennels with her family in 1997.

Victoria’s journey as a fierce advocate began when fighting for her autistic son in Howard County schools. Throughout her son’s education, Victoria made it a point to be actively involved in the school community. She volunteered her time and expertise, offering personalized tutoring to special education students who needed extra support. Her gentle approach and nursing background made her particularly effective in helping students who required a more delicate touch. As a regular chaperone for school events, Victoria ensured that all children, especially those with special needs, had a positive and inclusive experience.

After successfully running Circle Kennels for 25 years, Victoria and her family relocated to Pennsylvania in 2022. Now in retirement, she continues to be a force for positive change. Victoria actively spreads awareness about autism inclusion throughout Western PA and MD, while playing the very active role of Grandma, to Savannah. She spends most of her time assisting to manage Savannah’s care, whether that be through homeschool, home health, therapies, or extracurricular activities.

Victoria’s multifaceted experience in healthcare, business management, and grassroots advocacy makes her an invaluable asset to the Savannah and Goose Foundation. Her role as Treasurer and Secretary allows her to apply her organizational skills and financial acumen to further the foundation’s mission. Victoria’s story exemplifies resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering dedication to improving the lives of families affected by autism.
